What we collect
Everything you enter — your name, your feelings, your journal entries, your promises — is stored locally on your device only. We do not have a server. We do not store your data anywhere except your own phone.
AI features
When you use AI-powered features, anonymized context (age range, general goals, today's feeling) is sent to Anthropic's API to generate your personalized message. No personally identifying information is sent. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this data.
What we never do
We never sell your data. We never share your data. We never use your journal entries, feelings, or promises for advertising. What you write here is yours.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. We do not use push notification services.
